By purchasing from Digital Wave you agree to these terms. Please read them
before completing your payment.
01 Privacy and security
- We only collect your email address and the songs you purchased.
- We do not store financial information. We never see or keep your card number.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, securely and under their own policies.
- We record your IP address at purchase and at download, solely to prevent misuse of download links.
02 Downloads
- Each purchase includes both MP3 and WAV formats of the songs you bought.
- You may download each file up to 3 times.
- Download links expire 48 hours after purchase.
- You will receive your links on screen and by email.
- Save your files somewhere safe. Once a link expires, new links are not generated automatically.
03 Refunds
- Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we do not accept returns once a file has been downloaded.
- You can listen to a preview of every song before buying.
- If a technical problem prevented you from downloading your purchase, contact us: we'll either get you your music or refund you.
04 Use of content
- Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive use license.
- Do not redistribute, share, or resell the files.
- Do not use the music commercially (advertising, monetized videos, ticketed events) without written permission.
- All copyrights in the recordings and compositions remain with their owners.

05 Liability
- Files are provided as is, with no warranty beyond being playable.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase.
- Payment processing and the security of your financial data are Stripe's responsibility. For an unrecognized charge or suspected fraud, contact your bank and Stripe directly.
06 Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
- Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Illinois.
- We may update these terms. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
